WINONA, Minn. – The Steamboat Days committee has invited students to enter a design contest for the celebration’s 2023 button. The deadline: February 9. The winner will ride in the Steamboat Days grand parade and receive carnival armbands for the family. The 76th celebration June 14 to 18.
