ST. PAUL, Minn. – The major Mississippi River spans at Winona, Wabasha and Red Wing will undergo scheduled state Transportation inspections in June. Expect closures, the department said. Also, 900 ldsser southeast Minnesota bridges will undergo routine inspections over the summer to check on the effects of traffic, weather and other elements.
