MINNESOTA CITY, Minn. – A Cresco, Iowa, motorist, Alexis Rebecca Brewer, 23, was cited for driving without insurance after a minor two-vehicle accident that resulted in a child sustaining minor injuries. No medical attention was needed, according to the deputy who responded. The accident was about 2:10 p.m.
