WINONA, Minn. –Another accident occurred at the rotary intersection being constructed at Highway 61 and Mankato Avenue. Police said a southbound vehicle was sideswiped by a vehicle that failed to yield while entering the roundabout. The culpable driver didn’t stop, police were told. This was about 5:45 a.m. There were no injuries.
