UTICA, Minn. — A Utica woman, Virginia Lynn Kesler, 62, was arrested after almost hitting a sheriff’s squad car when, the deputy said, she crossed the fog line. It happened in the 12000 block of County Road 35 south of town about 7:15 p.m. The deputy recommended prosecution for drunken driving.
