WINONA, Minn. – A Winona driver, Angela Marie Stone, 33, was arrested after showing signs of drunkenness, police said. She had been stopped for swerving and for missing a stop sign near Fourth and Winona streets downtown. Officers said her speech was slurred and her eyes bloodshot and watery. A breath test measured her blood-alcohol content at 0.17% — twice the legal definition of impairment.
