WINONA, Minn. – The need for county-sponsored mass Covid inoculation clinics has passed, said Ben Klinger, the county’s emergency management coordinator. More than 25,000 Winona County residents have had at least one shot, which is more than half. The vaccine supply has stabilized, he said. Smaller clinics and pharmacies and doctor’s offices can handle the need from now on, just like flu shots, child immunizations, he said. His office remans available to assist if the need, he said.
