WINONA, Minn. — Winona middle and high school students will be offered free Covid test kits beginning next week. The district’s Covid coordinator, Jackie Henderson, said that testing remains a valuable tool in slowing the spread. She noted a recenrt increase in Covid cases in Winona, especially among school-age children. The kits will be available in nursing offices May 11 and again May 25. Students need to test within a day. Results will be back from a lab within 48 hours.
