WINONA, Minn. – The Canadian Pacific Railroad renewed its commitment to the Winona Health heart treatment program with a $20,000 gift for updated defibrillators. Barry Major, the railroad’s trainmaster in LaCrosse, called the donation an investment in a community that CP serves.
