BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — Police said they know who fired three shots outside a shoe shop Thursday at Mail of America. A bulletin is out for the arrest of Shamar Alon Lark, 21, of Minneapolis. Nobody was wounded, but hundreds of shoppers scrambled for exits or found themselves in a mall-wide lockdown. A second man also is being sought, said Bloomington Police Chief Booker Hodges. In addition, Hodges said, three people have been charged with helping the two men escape the mall in a Best Western hotel shuttle.  Two of them, he said, worked at the hotel and harbored the fugitives there.
