MINNEAPOLIS — A Minneapolis man who is a former Winona jailer, Nathan Miller Dobbelman, pleaded guilty to soliciting minors on social media to create and the swap lewd images online. Dobbelmann, 40, was charged using email and online apps to solicit minors and receive sexually explicit pictures and videos, according to court documents. He also sent graphic selfies and lascivious texts to minors. This was in a 40-month period between August of 2018 and March of 2021 when he lived mostly in Minneapolis.
