FERGUS FALLS, Minn. – A semi-truck crashed on I-94, leading to the closure of the Interstate 94 westbound lanes 20 miles northwest of Fergus Falls at the Rothsay exit. The driver was not hurt, the State Patrol said. The truck ended on its side and the load was scattered across westbound lanes. The lanes were closed several hours. Traffic detoured on back-country roads. The accident happened around 7 a.m.
