WASHINGTON – A plea hearing for an Austin, Minnesota, man and his Iowa father will be Tuesday in the District of Columbia federal court for their role in the Trump-organized January 6 riot at the Capitol. Daniel Johnson, 29, of Austin, and Daryl Johnson, 50, of St. Ansgar, just across the Minnesota border, face felony charges of civil disorder. They also face misdemeanor charges of entering and remaining in a restricted building, disorderly and disruptive conduct, violent entry, and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building.
