WINONA, Minn. – A vacant house was damaged in an early morning fire on the East Side. Firefighters were called about 2:25 a.m. No injuries were reported. The fire was quickly extinguished, but firefighters remained until 4 a.m. to check for hot spots. What sparked the fire was not immediately determined.
