MINNESOTA CITY, Minn. – Sheriff’s officers summoned to Bass Camp RV Resort found a melee – and also a man who had. been stabbed repeatedly. The wounds appeared non-life threatening, deputies said. After breaking up the crowd, deputies arrested Bradley C. Westphal, 31, of Byron. This was all about 1 a.m. Westphal was booked for second-degree assault.
