WINONA, Minn. – A 22-year-old Winona man on an all-terrain vehicle suffered non-critical injuries when he struck a deer 2-1/2 miles south of Winona near Bridges Golf Course. He was taken to the Winona hospital. The accident was about 10:40 p.m. on County Road 17 near Blackberry Road.
