ST. PAUL, Minn. – Governor Tim Walz’ new anti-coronavirus order limits attendance at weddings, funeral and social gatherings – 10 people inside or out. The limit had been 10 people in a home and 25 people outside. There will be a transition period to accommodate events already planned. The governor also recommended that indoor gatherings be limited to three households, which would preclude big family Thanksgiving dinners.
