ST. PAUL, Minn. – Governor Tim Walz ordered bars and restaurants to close at 10 p.m. to slow the out-of-control spread of the coronavirus. It makes sese, he said, to target places where young adults congregate. The virus is raging particularly among young adults. Specifically banned are sitting at the bar. Also banne are pool, darts, dancing and other activities that involve standing, which, the governor said, encourage people to gather closely together and mingle without masks after too many drinks. Restaurants and bars will still be allowed to offer take-outs and delivery after 10 p.m.
