ROCHESTER, Minn. –A Rochester man pleaded guilty to holding a suburban Stewartville woman captive several hours in December, to threatening her with a knife, and to straggling her. The woman survived with a broken tooth. Randy Rocha, 33, now faces as much as eight years in prison. In exchange for the guilty pleas, other domestic violence charges and four drugs and weapons charges were dropped. The drug charge to which Rocha pleaded guilty involved a police undercover purchase of methamphetamine from Rocha on two occasions. Court records say 23 grams of meth were exchanged during the controlled buys. Under the terms of the plea agreement, Rocha to an inpatient substance abuse treatment program..
