WINONA, Minn.— Winona Health employees must vaccinate against the Covid virus as a condition of employment, the hospital-clinic announced. There are 900 employees. Previously a weekly Civid test was an option. No longer will regular testing be an alternative, employees were told. The only exception will be a medical reason or religious belief. The order puts Covid on the same requirement just as the flu vaccine for employees.
