ELEVA, Wis. – Fire destroyed a silo wast of Eleva. Six fire departments responded, pumping 169,000 gallons of water to extinguish the flames. Still the silo stood. A Hawk Island Excavating crew helped take it down to prevent a dangerous collapse.
