ST. CHARLES, Minn. – Three passengers in an automobile roll-over were injured, albeit not seriously, and taken to a Rochester hospital. The accident was on Interstate 90 between the St. Charles and Lewiston exits about 2:20 p.m. The vehicle, a 2009 Dodge Nitro, was heading west toward Rochester when it left rain-slick pavement. Taken 31 miles to the hospital:

The driver, Spence Evan Springwater, 34, of Red Wing, was unhurt
