HAYFIELD, Minn. –A Hayfield teenager was fatally injured when her car slid on ice into an oncoming semi-truck. Macy Holtan, 16, had to be extricated from the wreckage, said Sheriff Scott Rose. She died at a Rochester hospital. The truck driver was unhurt. The accident happened on a curve on a rural road, 120th Avenue, along the Mower-Dodge county line. The accident was about 8 a.m.
