ST. PAUL, Minn. – Employees who challenged a federal mandate to inoculate against Covid suffered a setback in federal court. Judge Nancy Brasel didn’t block the mandate but ruled that it was out of order unless the employees signed their names to their suit. The 200 complainants, all in the health care industry, had filed the suit anonymously. At issue was President Biden’s order that workers in most health settings get vaccinated or lose their jobs.
