ST. PAUL, Minn. – Landlords went to court against Governor Tim Walz to end the moratorium he imposed on evictions to protect renters affected financially by the Covid pandemic. The Minnesota Multi Housing Association claims the moratorium has outlived its usefulness. Meanwhile, legislative leaders have agreed to a 15-week period to wean off moratorium.
