WINONA, Minn. – The Winona Public Library reopened access to reserve computers for 45-minute sessions as part of a phased return to full service. The library had been closed as a coronavirus precaution. In an earlier reopening phase, printing, faxing and scanning resumed. There also has been curbside pick-up and return for books at the Johnson Street entrance. Some services, such as newspaper-use and browsing, will be come later, said director Lezlea Dahlke.
