WINONA, Minn. – The Winona Public Library will re-open Friday to accept returns and offer rescheduled material pickups. The library had been closed after a staffer tested positive for COVID. The building remains closed to the public for most services, although next week interlibrary loans will will be available. So too Horizon requests and new requests for material pickups.
