LAKE CITY, Minn. – These are the Army Corps of Engineers’ Lake Pepin ice measurements so far this season. Measurements are roughly at one-mile intervals the 22-mile length of the lake. Navigation typically opens at 12 inches. Caution. At places near shore the ice is perilously thin, even nonexistent.
