RED WING, Minn. – The hospital staff lined the way out and clapped and cheered as 5-year-old Vincent Koenig’s family led him home. The lad been at the Mayo Red Wing hospital two months. In June he nearly drowning in a Mississippi River boating accident. He was underwater at least 10, maybe 12 minutes.
