WINONA, Minn. – An osteopathic physician, Rob Brown, joined the Winona Health medical staff in the in the emergency department. He is board-certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He studied at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at McLaren Oakland Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan.
