ALTURA, Minn. – An Altura man was arrested for marijuana and smoking devices in a traffic stop. Steven Reyburn Thurston, 39, was in a car stopped by a deputy about 6:30 p.m. at Main Street and Second Avenue. The stop was for an expired car registration, but a search found two grams of marijuana wax and various smoking devices. The driver, Joey Seiverine Roseland, 42, of Winona, was cited for having no insurance on his motor vehicle and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
