WINON A, Minn. – Two people broke into the Levee tour boat operated by City Council member Aaron Repinski. They gained access by breaking a window and stole $250, Repinski said. He reported the break-in about 7:45 a.m. Apparently to cover their tracks, the thieves threw a security camera into the river, but there was another camera that caught their deeds.
