ST.CHARLES, Minn. – Steven “Steve” Robert Kozak, of St. Chadrles, a real estate agent, died at age 51. With budies he also tended bar at at Chi-Chi’s and Outback in Rochester. He was a 1988 graduate of Sun Prairie High School. He did tennis, basketball, volleyball, softball and golf. He earned adegree from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in real estate and finance.
