DAKOTA Minn. — A Minnesota City woman died after her motorcycle crashed into the median at Interstate 90’s complicated interchange at Dakota. Marsha Kay Durham, age 64, was southbound from Winona on U.S. Highway 61. She lost control on an I-90 entry ramp. This was about 12:30 p.m. She was alone on her 2006 Harley Davidson FXDL.
