WINONA, Minn. – Two-thousand passes will be sold for the Mud West Music fest in Winona next month, organizer Dylan Hilliker said. “We’re back,” he said, noting the scaled down festival during the CoVid epidemic last year. Seventy bands have been booked for eight venues April 29 amd 30, Hilkier said. Weekend passes are $70, day passes are $45. There are advance purchase discounts. A follow-fest is planned September 16 and 17 in LaCrosse.
