WINONA, Minn. – Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Centers confirmed it will have five units in the new 41-unit Water’s Edge low-income apartments on Mankato Avenue. The units range from one to three bedrooms. “Our clients especially benefit from having that safe, secure place to end their day and start it” Kristy Ferrington of Hiawatha Valley said in a KWNO interview.  Hiawatha Valley already has four group residential homes and a 20-unit apartment building in the Winona.
