WINONA, Minn. –A COVID-19 saliva testing site opened at Winona Mall with eight-minute procedures to identify symptoms. Shawn Baxley, from contractor Vault Labs, said 1,000 tests per day are possible. He has 15 staffers Wednesday through Fridays from noon to 6 and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 to 4. Turnaround, he said for results is two to three days. Tests are free for anyone without insurance.
