WINONA, Minn.  – The new president of Minnesota State College Southeast, Marsha Danielson, created two new vice presidencies. This, Danielson said, will reposition the college for growth, resilience, and service to students and communities. Her new divisions:

> Student Success. Chad Dull, previously academic vice president, will be vice president of student success. He will be responsible for the student experience outside of the classroom, including admissions, enrollment, registration, financial aid, retention, and academic support.

> Strategic Initiatives. Josiah Litant, previously student affairs vice president, will become vice president of strategic initiatives. He will oversee marketing and communications, grant development, college accreditation, strategic and operational planning, and new growth initiatives.

With the new responsibilities, Dull’s salary went from $127,200 to $132,000, Litant’s from $109,140 to $115,000.The college has 1,850 students at campuses in Winona and Red Wing.
