Five of new officers to southeast Minnesota
ST. PAUL, Minn. – The latest class of new Minnesota State Patrol troopers, 35 in all, left their graduation ceremonies for assignments statewide. Five will begin duties soon in the Patrol’s southeast Minnesota district — two to Byron, one to Owatonna, one to Red Wing, and one to Rochester.
