WINONA, Minn. – Janice M. (Tschumper) Drazkowski, of Winona, who worked in advertising and was an office manager at the Choate department store, died at age 86. She also was the bookkeeper, accountant and secretary for her husband’s business. Later she worked part time work at Wards and Snyder drug stores.
