WINONA, Minn. –Winona State University has looked to California for a new associate vice president for equity and inclusion position. Beginning in July will be Mohamed Ahmed, whose record is in diversity and community engagement in San Diego. His salary: $140,000. His experience includes 3-1/2 years at Alliant International University in San Diego. He also has taught at San Diego State University. At Winona State he replaces Jonathan Locust Jr., who left after six years to devote more time to his Florida-based consultancy on predictive analysis of consumer behavior through psychometric analysis.
