ST. PAUL, Minn. – Every slot at nine pilot CoVid inoculation sites was taken within four hours of being opened, the state Health Department said. A wait-list was started. So far, the department said, the state has received 200,000 VoVid doses through a  federal pipeline – far fewer than promised. Minnesota’s population: 5.5 million.
