LACROSSE, Wis. – A second and third child have come forward with molestation allegations against a La Crosse pediatrician. Joseph T. Poterucha, 40, was arraigned on the new charges by video hook-up before Judge Gloria Doyle. The charges follow Poterucha’s initial arrest last week, also on a charge of first-degree child sexual assault of a child under13. The video hook-up Wednesday was from Rochedter, where Poterucha is staying. He is out on $25,000 bond. Meanwhile, television station WXOW in LaCrosse reported that Poterucha’s wife filed for divorce.
