UTICA, Minn. – A Rochester driver was taken 30 miles to a Rochester hospital after his pickup truck went into the ditch. This was on U.S. Highway 14 at the Whitewater State Park turnoff. William John Waller, 43, was not seriously injured, police said. The accident was about 5:45 a.m. Walker was in a 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe heading toward Rochester.
