Raul Grijalva, D-Ariz., praised a federal judge’s ruling for more studies on whether the Dakota Access Pipeline project poses environmental risks. Grijalva characterized the ruling as “proof” that the Trump administration has ignored the law in fast-tracking fossil-fuel projects.
