MINNEISKA, Minn. — A family that parked a pop-up camper at Trout Creek August 24 returned to the campground a week later and found it had been broken into. Items were missing, deputies were told. The family said nearby campers admitted to the theft and returned some of the loot but not all, then packed up and drove off before Winona County deputies could arrive. The victim family gave deputies a car plate number. A wanted poster went out.
