MINNEAPOLIS – A Rochester man will go to federal prison for 6-1/2 years for arson during riots after the police-killing of George Floyd. Also: Jose Angel Felan, 36, was ordered to pay $40,000 restitution. Felan set fire to a Goodwill retail store, the Gordon Parks High School, and the 7 Mile Sportswear store along University Avenue in St. Paul night of May 28.
