ROCHESTER, Minn. – Acting on a tip, police found 1,400 images of children on a Rochester man’s home laptop., some as young as 2 and 4, doing sexual things. Jon Jones, 43, was charged with 10 felony counts of possessing child pornography. Police said Jones admitted to seeking and viewing some of the material.
