WINONA, Minn. – Betty L. Cieminski, age 85, of Winona, an active community volunteer, died at the Winona hospital. She volunteered with St. Anne Extended Healthcare, the Food Shelf, Head Start, and Campus Kids. She was born in Winona but lived 40 years in Clinton, Iowa. She returned to Winona in 1996.
