WINONA, Minn. – William “Bill” Edward Hall Jr., 81, of Winona, who acquired his dad’s accounting practice and operated William Hall & Associates for many years, died at Benedictine St. Anne nursing home from heart and kidney failure. In 2004, he sold the firm to Brian Russell and continued to work there until he retired in 2007. He held an accounting degree from Winona State College. After graduation, he was drafted into the U.S. Army.
